Iraq interested in French Gowind Class Corvettes

Iraq is reportedly interested in buying French-made Gowind Class Corvettes for its navy. The Gowind Class Corvette, manufactured by Naval Group, has a length of 111 meters and a displacement of 3100 tons. It is equipped with multi-functional radar and Mica Surface two-air missiles as well as Exocet anti-ship cruise missiles. It should be noted that there have been reports about the purchase of French-made Caesar Howitzers and Rafale fighter jets by Iraq.
